Why NormaPyme?

Would you know what to hand over if an inspection showed up at your company tomorrow?

Almost no SME has those documents. Not out of bad faith: they don't know they're mandatory from the first employee, their advisor doesn't offer them or charges separately for them, and internet templates are generic and don't include their data. NormaPyme is a menu, not a questionnaire that decides for you: you choose the document, the app starts from a validated template and fills it in with your company profile. And when something changes —the address, the legal representative, the number of employees— it tells you which documents it has made outdated and you regenerate them with one click, without answering anything again.

FEATURES

Four documents today, the same engine for what's coming next

Harassment protocol, Record of Processing Activities, video-surveilled area sign and website legal texts, available now. The rest of the catalog —informational clauses, digital disconnection, remote work, beneficial ownership, equality plan and whistleblowing channel— is visible and marked as coming soon, with its explanatory page so you know what to expect.

Your data once; all your documents

Your data once; all your documents

The company profile is filled in by sections, in half-minute batches, and feeds the entire catalog: you're never asked again for the company name, tax ID or address. Each document tells you exactly which piece of data it's missing and takes you to that specific field, not to a forty-field form. And you can manage several companies from the same account, each with its own folder.

Validated templates: the AI doesn't invent law

Validated templates: the AI doesn't invent law

The articles and headings are stored in code and aren't touched. The AI only writes the blocks that depend on your business —the description of your activity, your data processing operations, conditional sections— and calibrates the procedure to your size: with 4 employees, Management responds, not an HR department that doesn't exist. If a block doesn't meet the contract, the template's default text is used and it warns you which paragraph to review.

A compliance folder that stays alive

A compliance folder that stays alive

The dashboard tells you in three zones what's up to date, what requires attention and what you're missing. Each document keeps a downloadable version history, because an old PDF still proves that you had it at the time. Change a piece of data and it tells you which documents it affects; if it doesn't really affect them, you mark it as up to date without spending anything. And with one button you download the ZIP with all current PDFs.

VERY EASY

From sign-up to PDF in three steps

1

Register your company

Company name and tax ID, nothing more. The rest of the data is only requested when a document needs it, so you're in within seconds.

2

Choose the document from the catalog

Each page explains what it is, which regulation requires it, what penalty you risk and what you'll get. You answer between two and six questions in plain language —with an 'I don't know' that chooses the most prudent option— and you're done.

3

Review and download the PDF

You read the document and manually correct any paragraph with a tap. Once you approve it, you get the PDF with header, numbering, signature block, annexes and a three-step guide on what to do with it: sign it, communicate it, post it.

What people who already use it say

“

“I had no idea that the harassment protocol was mandatory with six employees on staff. I generated it one afternoon, signed it and posted it on the notice board. The best part is that the text refers to Management, not to an HR department that doesn't exist in my workshop.”

“

“I requested the website's legal texts and got the legal notice, privacy policy and cookies all at once, with the online sales part included because the app already knew I sell. I copied each one with a tap and pasted them into my CMS in ten minutes.”

Álvaro Pedrosa

“

“We changed address and the app warned me that the processing record and the website texts had become outdated. I regenerated both without answering anything again, and the old version is still saved in case anyone asks for it.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Four, and they're the most mandatory: the workplace and sexual harassment prevention protocol, mandatory from the first employee under Law 10/2022 and Organic Law 3/2007, with its complaint procedure, its instructing committee and the annex for communicating it to the workforce; the Record of Processing Activities under Article 30 of the GDPR, which is the first thing the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) asks for; the video-surveilled area sign in AEPD format, in A4 and A5 ready to print; and your website's legal texts, which come as a legal notice, privacy policy and cookie policy coordinated with each other, in PDF and as copyable text piece by piece. In the catalog you'll see six others marked as coming soon, with their full explanation.
No, and the app says so in the footer of every PDF page and before each generation. NormaPyme is a document generator: it promises that you'll have the document the regulation requires, well written and with your data, not that your company is compliant. It doesn't audit, doesn't score your compliance, doesn't sign electronically and doesn't file anything with any authority. If your case is complex —an ongoing dismissal, an open complaint, an uncommon data processing operation— what you need is a professional, and the generated document is a good starting point for that conversation.
It can't: the regulatory skeleton of each document is written in a template stored in the app's code, reviewed and versioned, and the AI neither sees it in full nor can modify it. The only thing it writes are the blocks declared as free-form: the description of your activity, the list of your data processing operations, wording nuances. Its response is validated before assembling the document —that it hasn't made up headings, that no placeholders are left unresolved, that it respects length— and if it doesn't comply, it retries once, and if it fails again, the template's default text is used with a warning about which paragraph should be reviewed. Each document stores which template version it was generated with.
The app knows which fields each document uses. If you change the address, the legal representative or go from 8 to 55 employees, the affected documents become 'requires attention' with the reason in plain language —'you changed the registered address'— and you regenerate them with one click: it won't ask you anything again because it saved your answers, and the previous version remains downloadable in the history. Cosmetic changes, such as an accent or a capital letter, don't make anything outdated. And if you consider that the change doesn't affect that document, you mark it as up to date without spending a single token.
