Why aiTributos?

Do you know what's due next month, or do you wait for someone to remember to alert you?

Your accounting firm files your tax forms, but you don't see the calendar: not what's coming, not when, nor everything it doesn't handle — the expiring digital certificate, the fire extinguisher inspection, insurance, rent —. aiTributos asks you once how you file taxes and turns your calendar for the current and following year into reality with deterministic rules, not with an AI that improvises dates: each due date comes with its exact day, with the shift explained if it falls on a Saturday or a holiday in your region, and with the two dates that matter when there's a payment. And it alerts you by email before each one. It doesn't calculate amounts or file anything: it alerts and gives visibility so you arrive prepared to your accounting firm.

The exact dates, the two that matter, and the alerts nobody gives you

It's not a planner you fill in yourself: the calendar is born from your tax profile and recalculates itself when your business changes, without touching what you already marked as done.

Your calendar, not a generic one

Your calendar, not a generic one

You answer in two minutes whether you're self-employed or a company, how you settle VAT, whether you're under modules or direct estimation, whether you have employees, whether you rent a premises with withholding, whether you sell to the EU, whether you're in SII, and when you close the fiscal year. With that, only your obligations appear: VAT (303 and 390), installment payments (130 or 131), withholdings (111, 115, and 123) with their annual summaries (190 and 180), 347 and 349, Corporate Tax (200 and 202), chained annual accounts — prepare, approve, and file —, book legalization, income tax campaign, and Social Security. Each date with its day of the week and, if the deadline has shifted, the reason: 'the 20th falls on a Saturday, so it moves to Monday the 22nd'.

The two dates: direct debit and filing

The two dates: direct debit and filing

The most common surcharge isn't forgetting the form: it's preparing it on the 18th when the deadline to direct-debit the payment closed on the 15th. Each due date with a payment has its two dates, and the big day counter counts the one that really pressures you, with the label 'for direct debit' so there's no doubt. And forms that must be filed even if you haven't invoiced anything have a fixed notice on the card and in the email, because the penalty for not filing also exists when the result is zero.

What your accounting firm doesn't handle

What your accounting firm doesn't handle

Digital certificate, insurance policy, ITV, electrical or elevator inspection, prevention plan, domain and hosting, licenses, agreements: ten templates to set them up by entering only the date, with their recurrence, attachment, and their own alerts. The digital certificate gets special treatment — alerts at 30, 15, and 1 day and a highlighted card — because if it expires, it can no longer be renewed online: you have to request an in-person appointment and it can take weeks.

VERY EASY

From doubt to calendar, in three steps

1

Tell us how you file taxes

Eight or ten questions in business-owner language, one per screen and almost all one-tap. If you don't know one, you mark 'I don't know' and continue: it stays noted to review with your accounting firm, it doesn't block you.

2

Receive your calendar

Your due dates for this year and next are generated, sorted by what comes first, and you add your own from the templates. If your business changes, you tell it and the calendar recalculates while respecting everything you already marked as done.

3

Let it alert you

Emails at 15, 5, and 1 day by default — you choose the windows —, a single grouped email even if several things are due on the same day, a Monday summary with the next 30 days and, if you want, everything synced to your Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar.

What those who already use it say

“

“I've always had an accounting firm, but I never knew what was coming or when. What changed my quarter was the direct debit date: for two years I thought I had until the 20th and I'd already been hit with a surcharge for preparing it late.”

“

“The annual accounts drawn as a chain — prepare, approve, and file — no calendar gave me that. The year I changed advisors, nothing fell through the cracks, because the alerts no longer depended on someone remembering.”

Pilar Quintana

“

“It alerted me about the digital certificate with a month to spare. The previous year it expired and I spent three weeks fighting for an in-person appointment without being able to do almost anything. I give it four because I'd like to be able to add my town's holidays now.”

Frequently asked questions

No, and it's deliberate: aiTributos alerts and gives visibility, it doesn't file. It doesn't calculate amounts or payments, doesn't fill in tax forms, doesn't ask for invoices or your digital certificate, and doesn't connect to the AEAT. What it does is stop you from depending on someone remembering to alert you and help you arrive prepared to your accounting firm: what's due, the exact day, who usually handles it, and what documentation is usually needed for each thing. Your accounting firm keeps doing its job; aiTributos gives you the visibility you don't have today.
The tax calendar covers common territory, with national and regional holidays applied to deadline shifts. Canary Islands (IGIC), Ceuta, Melilla, the Basque Country, and Navarre not yet, because they have different calendars and forms, and the app tells you before you choose your region, not after. If you're in one of those territories, it doesn't shut the door on you: you can use it for your own due dates — digital certificate, insurance, inspections, ITV, licenses —, which are the same throughout Spain. Local holidays in your municipality aren't covered yet either, and the app warns you instead of assuming a date that could shift is correct.
From a versioned catalog of obligations, with the deadline rule for each form and its source cited in the detail, and from a table of national and regional holidays reviewed year by year. Shifts due to weekends or holidays are applied according to Law 39/2015 and explained on the card itself. The app shows the date of its last regulatory review and, when a date is not yet final — such as the income tax campaign, which the AEAT publishes each year — it marks it as provisional instead of giving you a piece of data that looks certain but isn't. A wrong deadline is worse than not having an app, so we prefer to say 'provisional' rather than make it up.
By email, at the windows you choose — by default 15, 5, and 1 day before — and always on the date that counts, which is the direct debit date if you set up payment by direct debit. If several things are due on the same day, you receive a single grouped email, never three in a row, and each alert is logged so it's never repeated. On Mondays you get a summary of the next 30 days, even when there's nothing ('quiet week: nothing due until October 20'). And you can subscribe your calendar to Google, Apple, or Outlook with a read-only link, so your due dates appear where you already look every morning.
